Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and hygiene stickers attached.

Requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.

Sale items, gift cards, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return or Exchange:

Contact our costumer care team at hello@aiaswimwear.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide instructions and the return shipping address for our Bali studio.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange or refund.
Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure your return arrives safely.

If exchanging, we’ll cover the cost of shipping your replacement item.
Refunds:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account after processing.

Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
