Taxes, Duties & Import Fees

AIA ships from Bali, Indonesia. Depending on your country’s import rules, customs may apply taxes or duties when your order arrives. These charges are not included in our prices and, if applied, are the customer’s responsibility.

How DHL handles it:
• If any charges are required, DHL will notify you directly.
• You can pay securely online before delivery.
• Once cleared, your package continues straight to your door.

By region:

  • United States: Low-value shipments may still enter duty-free, but this is no longer guaranteed under updated 2025 rules. DHL will advise if anything is due.

  • United Kingdom: VAT may apply to all orders; duties apply depending on order value.

  • European Union: Under €150 → typically duty-free; VAT may still apply. Above €150 → VAT + duties may apply.

  • Australia & New Zealand: Orders under AUD/NZD $1,000 usually enter duty-free; GST may still apply.

  • Rest of World: Rules vary by country; DHL will notify you if any fees apply.
