Every AIA piece is packed with care in our Bali studio and shipped worldwide with trusted couriers such as DHL Express and FedEx International.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or courier delays.

Shipping Rates

• Standard Worldwide Shipping: USD $10 (approx. Rp 162,000)

• Express Worldwide Shipping: USD $15 (approx. Rp 242,000)

• Free Worldwide Shipping: Orders over USD $150 (approx. Rp 2,400,000)

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday (excluding Indonesian public holidays).

• Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email to follow your order.

Taxes, Duties & Import Fees

When your order arrives in your country, local customs may apply duties or taxes. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

How it works:

• Your courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, or local post) will contact you directly if fees apply.

• Payment is usually collected online before delivery, or occasionally at your door.

By region:

• European Union (EU): Orders under €150 are duty-free. Above this, VAT/duties may apply.

• United States: Orders below USD $800 typically enter duty-free. Above this, U.S. Customs may apply duties/taxes.

• United Kingdom: VAT and duties may apply depending on order value; your courier will notify you.

• Australia & New Zealand: Orders above AUD/NZD $1,000 may be subject to duties/taxes.

• Other countries: Rules vary; check with your local customs office if you’d like certainty before ordering.
